How do I contact VartaAPI support?

Press ? at the top of any screen, or the round chat button at the bottom right.

Press ? at the top of any screen (1).

Choose what it's about, write a subject and what happened, and press Send to VartaAPI (2). We can see which screen you were on.

You get a request number (like S-12). Our answer appears in Settings → My requests and by email.

The round chat button at the bottom right of the app opens a live chat with our team.
