How do I invite my team?

Create an invite link in Settings → Team and send it to your teammate.

Your whole team can answer customers from one shared inbox.

Invite someone

Go to Settings → Team.
Under Invite a teammate, type their email and choose a role.
Press Create invite, copy the link and send it to them yourself. VartaAPI does not email the invite.

Role	What they can do
Owner	Everything, including plans, billing and changing roles. There is one owner.
Admin	Manages templates, campaigns, flows, reports and settings
Agent	Answers chats in the inbox and works with contacts

Only the owner can change someone's role.

Each plan includes a number of people, the owner included. The Team page shows how many are in use:

On a paid plan you can add a seat for ₹750 a month with Add a seat on the Team page.
